vtg Raccoon mom & baby figurine mushroom flowers shadowbox mini figure porcelain

Adorable little vintage figurine of raccoons in a mushroom. Stands just 2 inches tall. Has a number on the bottom (9895) and then some yellowed residue from a sticker. The only damage I can find is a tiny chip on the edge of one of the yellow flower petals. Non smoking home. Please see all photos and zoom in for additional condition details.
